There are two ways of doing individual cakes, the most cost effective way is to have cup cakes, however these are not available in my Luscious Fruitcake.

These can be supplied in either Gold or Silver cases simply covered in icing or individually decorated to your personal requirements.

The other way is to have what can only be described as mini wedding cakes. These are cakes that are covered in marzipan and then covered in icing just like a real wedding cake but in miniature. The finished size is 3" x3" and they can be decorated to your requirements. The cake shown below is a typical example of this. 70 individual cakes with one larger cake as the top tier. In this particular case half were chocolate sponge and the others were vanilla sponge. The top tier was also chocolate sponge. Each individual cake had the initials of the bride and groom iced on the top.

The cake below was 70 individual cakes with an 8" top cake at a cost of £280.
